About Me

My name is Noortje, I’m in my early 30s, and I have a passion for massage. What I love most about my profession is being able to apply my knowledge of anatomy and physiology. I enjoy creating a strategy to tackle a guest's complaints as effectively as possible, and then getting to work with the massage itself: getting out of my head and back into my body.

As a sensitive person, I find it important that people feel at ease with me in the practice. Guests can rest assured that they will receive a warm welcome and will truly feel that I am thinking along with them to resolve their issues. I place immense value on the quality of the services I offer. You can be certain that I will do my absolute best to give you a high-quality treatment that leaves you going home satisfied.

After completing various courses and training programs in massage and personal well-being, and gaining practical experience in a massage studio, I took the leap to open my own practice.

At Phaos Massage, I want to bring two worlds together: the holistic Eastern approach to well-being and the down-to-earth, technical Western side of the massage world. A person’s psyche and emotional well-being are just as vital to recovery as physical healing; the two are interconnected. That’s why a session with me offers space for both relaxation and the tackling of muscle knots.

Over Phaos:

While searching for the perfect name for my practice, I discovered Phaos—the Ancient Greek word for Light.

Given my affinity for Hellenistic Astrology and the fact that my own name translates to 'Light' at its essence, it felt like the perfect fit.

My hope is that through our work together, you will find the spark that helps your own light shine bright once more.
