During a session, I combine various methodologies to help you in the most efficient and sustainable way. Whether you come for deep relaxation or to specifically address physical complaints: we do exactly what you need at that moment. A 60-minute massage, fully tailored to your needs. This can be a desire for rest and relaxation, or a more therapeutic massage that targets pain and muscle knots.

In a one-hour massage, there is time to give the entire body a relaxing treatment.

Or to work more therapeutically on specific areas, such as the neck, back, and shoulders.

Or enjoy a wonderful combination of a relaxing massage and the release of a number of painful spots.

Afterwards, you can unwind in our cozy reception area and continue to relax while enjoying a nice cup of coffee or tea.

Tailor-made Massage 75 Minutes

In the 75-minute massage, there is time for a full relaxation massage, plus an extended facial, head, or foot massage.

Within 75 minutes, more muscle knots can be treated—for example, the neck, back, shoulders, and part of the legs.

Or you can enjoy a wonderful combination of relaxing techniques and the release of a number of painful areas.

After the massage, you can unwind in our cozy reception area while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea.

A 90-minute massage gives you the time to truly recharge. This is the sweet spot for a complete relaxation massage, including the hands, feet, face, and head.

In 90 minutes, the entire body can be treated therapeutically.

Or enjoy a wonderful combination of relaxing techniques and an in-depth treatment of painful areas.
